Community Manager@xTCxGR8Milenko Can you log into EA.com and under connections let me know if you see the Xbox account linked to the EA account.
Sometimes when the password is reset the wrong account password is reset. That reset happens when the EA account has been inactive for a while.
Looks like my account got unlinked. Go figure. Unfortunately, I can't get into my XBOX Live account atm but I will get it re-linked and hopefully that will resolve my issues. I will update if it doesn't.
Community Manager@xTCxGR8Milenko Gotcha. That is one of the most common reasons why the password reset does not work. The moment you get it linked again, it should sync up and allow you to play as normal.
So I got signed into my XBOX Live account and it went through all the motions of linking accounts. Then, it gave an error saying it was already linked and can only be linked to 1 XBOX account for lifetime. But I was never linked to any account at @disabled.ea.com so a) wtf and b) how can I get this fixed when it only allows it to be linked 1x?
I absolutely NEED my account back (and my girlfriend's) because we had a lot of progress and all of the characters unlocked... we shouldn't lose our access as long as our live accounts are active or at least EA needs to lose the "1 sync for lifetime" rule.
