While I can agree with you on things like the Chemist desperately needed a buff out of an unneeded heavy nerf, a lot of this is material I'm uncertain about. 

There are a couple things I do agree on, such as the increased clip size for the Sky Trooper, higher base damage for the Chemist, and the chaining effect on Electro Brains' punches. Those tackle issues with the classes that need to be addressed. 

All in all, a lot of suggestive pieces of change, and certainly worth discussing.
