You can buy (with gems) specific cards by completing decks in the new pre-built deck section.
Legendary - 1,150
Event - 580
Super Rare - 290
Rare - 80
You get a 10 gem discount for every extra card you buy at the same time.
I think that's a pretty fantastic addition! Got a deck you think is op? Buy it guaranteed and show everyone! I think the nerf threads will so faster when people see others make those cards useless in their hands.
But unless I'm missing something you CANT actually buy specific cards. You need to buy all the ones that are left or none.
And quantities are massive, I don't have any "pre-pack" complete and each one ask for several thousands.

Maybe you can't single them out, but if you have that many missing cards to a complete deck, then it wouldn't be cost effective to get cards using that method anyway.
Regular packs are always the most cost effective way to get cards.
And then when you have most of the cards, you can use the complete your deck method to get the specific cards you need.

Same @daalnnii. I usually buy the first one for 500 and at the end of the week I use gems to buy the 4th one, however many tickets short I am.
