Zen Peak and taunt bug

Was playing garden ops on xbone (no one else joined but it was public). Had 2 seperate glitches happen;
First, I think the pathfinding may be bugged. On 2 sperate waves, some zombies would just stand around. (For context, the garden was the one with the rocks around it, all of the zombies were in the area opposite the waterfall/cliff, and the zombies were 2 browncoats, a soldier, and a treasure yeti.)
Second, I was playing as rose and taunted and ended up getting locked in place? Couldn't move or shoot but could only aim, turn around, and taunt. Might be unrelayed to Zen Peak but it did happen on one of the rock outcrops.

    Make that 8 zombies in 1 match. All 4 additional were soldiers stuck on the river near the rocky side of the mapp. All but 1 on the half away from the cliff.

    Also, got stuck a second time taunting on the rocks.

    Side note; the game keeps placing me in the South America region with a ping of "-1601961990" and I have a hard time finding Ops matches. Anyone know a fix?

    When you click on the portal to start the match at the bottom it will tell you what button to press to see the different regions, I know for PS4 its square.  Then pick the appropriate region you need and proceed.
