At ten cards they cant use the draw cards they've filled their hands with... ... on top of that, they've deactivated their shield.
For every card they put in their deck, that have to give something up. Now the draw cards can overfill the deck, but the lep isn't especially powerful in its own.
I'm not saying it won't be powerful, but almost any card is powerful with the right build. There are so many decks that can win the game as early as turn 5 on both sides... ...well, the OP is a combining of luck, starting draw, skill, opponents skill, and the deck you face.
Lets try to reserve judgement to see how players both build decks around new cards, and defend against them.
On that note... with def end being the best truck stopper in the game (esp when combined with gargologist) and bonus bucket keeping plants from bouts attack... it would be interesting for plants to get a strong card that can keep zombies from drawing cards...
@daalnnii, you're absolutely right. I've had 10 cards several times and still have not had the possibility to form a good strategy. Sometimes you get full of high-cost cards and you can't use them, or you just do not have good combinations (synergy). As always, the subject becomes complex to be analyzed.

I personally feel like that creature-based zombie-draw is just way to "robust" (?).
Kite-flyer, commando-imp, scientist and now the new lucky-imp do their thing without much of a loss in stats. Plants either have no creature-based Card draw at all or they don´t stand the competition. I mean; no doubt things like Sage Sage, Party Thyme or Plucky are playable but they all have super * stats in exchange for card-draw thats on top of that also much harder to abuse then just playing a few imps or a kite-flyer.
It is absolutely fine to have good card-draw outlets but man.....1 brain for a 2/2 which is already pretty top notch PLUS that insane draw at some point at the game....idk. seems overtuned...he also is a imp which is not insignificant. i think the draw itself wouldn´t be unfair if it where attached to a less efficient body....a 2/1 for 2 or a 2/3 for 3? maybe?
