Zombies dominate Plants, Game is Broken

While I feel as a whole zombies may be slightly more versatile as a whole and maybe more effective with little to no coordination, I haven't found games since patch to be dominated entirely by either faction. Out of 20 or so turf takeover matches since update that I've been in, plants have won close to 40% . If you figure that since release numerous players have been using rose as a crutch and don't have experience with other characters as well as a lack of upgrades for those it makes sense that as a whole plants may be at a slight disadvantage.
