Zombies Town Center - Sightseeing, Demolition and Gnome Medals Guide!

In this guide series, I am covering the Sightseeing, Demolition and Gnome Medals for Zombies Town Center that I have not covered in any of my other guides. I will cover how to get each of the medals, the names of the medals, and provide a picture for each medal which is relevant to each medal that I am covering. Collecting these medals are the only way to fully complete your Zombies Town Center region and buy all of the exclusive items from the shop. These medals do not particularly award you with any additional rewards, however they generally do not take long to complete all of them, and you do get to complete your region and unlock exclusive shop items, so it is worth doing. You could work on completing these medals while you are waiting on something to happen, such as waiting for the Marigold to appear.
Here are how to complete the Medals themselves:
SIGHTSEEING MEDALS
When you have completed these activities, you will keep the medals that you earn and will not need to repeat these activities in the future. You may do these medals at any time and you get to experience more of your free-roam region this way.
Sewage Treatment Yourself
To earn this medal, you need to shower in the sewer near Up-Down Uptown. You can find this Sewer from going behind where the Cinema is located, which is located very close to Up-Down Uptown. Once you get in there, you should see some water dripping from the roof. Stand under that water for a few seconds as any sort of Zombie and you will receive a medal for your effort.
On Topiary
To earn this medal, you need to get on top of the Fish Statue in Up-Down Uptown. It is located to the right of the Museum, which is located in the north-east corner of Up-Down Uptown on your map. It looks like a bush which has been carved into the shape of a Fish. All you need to do is to get on top of it and stand on top of it for a couple of seconds until you get awarded with the medal. Because the statue is quite tall, use a character that has an ability that gives you a lot of jump height to make this medal much easier to achieve.
Ancestry Top
To earn this medal, you need to stand on the Statue of Amos. This is located in Sundrop Hills. Near the Plant Base and bridge, there is this area with lots of bushes with a large statue in the middle. You need to get on top of the entire statue in order to get this medal and stand there for a few seconds. To make this medal much easier to obtain, use a character that possesses an ability that gives you a lot of jump height to make this medal significantly easier to achieve.
Sidesteppin' Seeds
To earn this medal, you need to stand in the Wall-Nut Tunnel for a short time. This is located in Sundrop Hills, as you begin to go up the mountainous hill towards the TV Station, you should end up going through a fairly large tunnel. Stand in it for a short while and you should get the medal. To make this easier, try and vanquish the nearby enemies first so they are not a nuisance while you try to get your medal. There is a tunnel at the very bottom of the mountain before you start the climb, but that one does not give you the medal so go to the one that you come across as you climb up the mountain.
Gorgeous
To earn this medal, you need to jump the gorge. In Sundrop Hills, on the mountain towards the TV Station and close to the tunnel, you can see that there is a plank below. If you manage to jump from the mountain onto the plank below without falling into the river, you will get the medal. This will become much easier to do if you use a character that has quick bursts of mobility that you can make use of or if you are able to stay in the air for longer periods of time. Try and jump from as close to the edge of the mountain as you can and be as close as you can to the plank when you try to get the medal.
Walked the Plank
To earn this medal, you simply have to go to a Paddling Pool somewhere in Zombies Town Center and that is it. There are a bunch around Sundrop Hills, including at the Plant base, but you need to be a Captain Deadbeard to get this medal, so make sure you switch to Captain Deadbeard before aiming to get this medal. Make sure to stand in there for a few seconds until you get your medal. There are some Pools around that you can stand in, especially Sundrop Hills, so make sure you take a look there.
Deep Blue Me
To earn this medal, you need to jump into the Sea or River in the region. It does not matter which character you decide to use, but you need to be vanquished instantly as a a result after you fall into the sea or the river.
DEMOLITION MEDALS
These following medals require you to destroy a certain amount of items within your region. If you cannot find enough of these items, you can reload your region and the items will appear in the same place as they did before, every time, where you will be able to destroy them again. You can use any character you like to destroy these items and you simply just need to deal some damage to these items to destroy them.
Party Popper
To earn this medal, you need to destroy 3 Balloon Bunches or more in Zombies Town Center. Look in Up-Down Uptown, there are some there. You may find some in Sundrop Hills as well, if you know where to look. The balloons are blue, yellow, red and all different colours in between, so they should not be hard to find.
Pardon My Bench
To earn this medal, you need to destroy 5 Bus Stops or more in Zombies Town Center. These are located around the place, but look in Sundrop Hills and Up-Down Uptown and you should find a bunch if you take a look around. If you see a road, go along the road and see if you can find some Bus Stops along the way, keep a lookout for these as they are quite easy to come across.
Demolition Derby
To earn this medal, you need to destroy 30 Cars or more in Zombies Town Center. These are located all around the place, but they are most notably located in Sundrop Hills. As you go along your region, take your time to destroy Cars and other vehicles that you come across. If you continue destroying any Cars and vehicles you find, you should earn the medal quite quickly.
Flamingo Bye-Bye
To earn this medal, you need to destroy 7 Flamingos or more in Zombies Town Center. There are a bunch located around Sundrop Hills, such as behind houses and near the Statue of Amos. Make sure to look in Sundrop Hills first. If you still need to destroy more after that, then try to look somewhere else or reload your region.
GNOME MEDALS
These medals are shared between Plants and Zombies Town Center, so completing these in one of the regions means that it will automatically be completed in the other. These medals relate to gnome-related activities, that have some sort of Gnome involvement. They are Sightseeing or Demolition medals, but are in this section as they work differently to other Sightseeing and Demolition medals.
Gnome's Eye View
This is a type of Sightseeing Medal, but it is a gnome-related activity, so it is described here.
To earn this medal, you need to climb the Gnome Column which is located inside the Gnome Shrine. Use a character with decent jump height or jump carefully so you do not fall as you are trying to climb to the top.
Gnight: Schooled
This is a type of Demolition Medal, but it is a gnome-related activity, so it is described here.
To earn this medal, you need to defeat Sir Biff. To do so, you need to enter the Mysterious Door in the Gnome Shrine, which you can open once you have collected all 3 Diamond Gnomes in this region.
CONCLUSION
While these medals do not give you any significant rewards for collecting them, except for having your region complete and unlocking access to unique items in the shop, they are most certainly still worth completing at some point. You can do these while you wait for something to happen, such as waiting for the Marigold to appear, or if you just feel like doing something else in your region. Regardless of the reason, I suggest that you take the time to collect these medals when you gain the opportunity to, and they should not take you that long to complete by any means.
