Problem with plant vs zombies 2

Dear EA Support Team,

​I am writing to request assistance in recovering my lost game progress for Plants vs. Zombies 2.

​I played the game extensively in 2016, linked to my Google Play account. After reinstalling the game in 2026 and logging in with the same Google credentials, my progress has been reset to zero.

​I have attached screenshots of my Google Play Achievements as proof of my historical progress. These records clearly show that I completed several worlds in 2016:

​Pirate Booty (Completed Pirate Seas) unlocked on June 30, 2016.

​Yee-Haw! (Completed Wild West) unlocked on July 6, 2016.

​Prime Mover unlocked on July 6, 2016.
