Re: Game Softlocks at Zen Garden — No Way to Continue (v1.5.0)

I cannot play the game anymore , anytime I try to start a level Crazy Dave Drags me by the boots to the zen garden and it won’t let me progress the text

    They should create a sticky thread, stating they are well aware of it, and a patch is coming soon. That's what I'm looking for, not just making some player's bug report thread sticky

    That still isn't a good excuse to imagine abusing them into fixing a softlocking bug, even probably at a rough state. They are well aware by now about the issue and for now we just have to be patient.

    You can play the cloudy levels ....but don't play anything else in adventure or it will lock up hope this helps.

    Did submitting a ticket like they said on Twitter fix anything.

    It would be nice if they acknowledge it at least and tell us a fix is coming..

    EA is a multi billion dollar entity that was just put up for sale to in part foreign investors they can get it together. It's miserable to purchase a product and feel as if not heard on addressing an issue that cripples the game.  Cath will be okay and anybody who isn't might need to work at a different platform that doesn't care about name/reputation.

    Don't say those things about abusing the teams just to fix a critical bug. Cath is well aware about what's going on and it takes time to fix things.

    Same here bro I want to platinum this game so bad but this horrible soft lock or bug is preventing me to continue

    I also tried buying items for the Zen Garden with in-game currency to see if it affected progression, but the soft-lock still occurs.

    I have a issue in the level 5-5, when i unlock the Zen Garden, Dave Do not pass of the first dialogue, plis fix the issue soon

    No you need to whip them to fix it asap, not just send them comments and let them do or not do whatever they like. This is not a small hazard, EA's goodwill is at risk here.

    It’s quite a few people having this issue. I’m another one stuck with a game purchase that doesn’t work.
