Anyone else having issues with 1.2.1 for Switch 2?

To start off, I'm glad they're fixing some of the glitches.  BUT they made three very bad changes to the S2 version.  First, when using touch controls and you're trying to plant something and you can't, the plant gets deselected.  This is a huge issue for me, especially when trying to repair pumpkins in endless survival.  It gets hectic, the gargantuar zombies cover half of the screen, and it's easy to accidentally hit the wrong pumpkin that isn't damaged enough to heal.  Which before was not a problem: I could just try again.  Now though I have to reselect the pumpkin slot.  I have no clue why this behavior was changed: this makes touch screen mode harder to play, not easier.

The second issue is the dpad now "scrolling" like the left analog stick.  Which I would like, except when I do have to use joycon mode (usually zen garden or when I have to charge my S2), I liked how I can move to a specific spot by pressing a dpad button a set number of times.  Now I'll frequently overshoot because I held the button down a little too long.  A simple delay between the first and second movement would have helped immensely.

Finally, mouse controls still suck, and are now in the way.  I get that for people who enjoy using the joycons as mouse, this fix to keep in in mouse mode until a button is pressed is a godsend.  But the joycons are very uncomfortable for me to use as a mouse, and I do not have the deskspace to use them like that even if they were.  Without third party usb mouse support, this mode is useless for me.  EXCEPT when I do have to use joycon mode and set them down for a moment, the game likes to automatically switch to mouse mode because the optical sensor got triggered for a fraction of a second.  And now it doesn't leave mouse mode as quickly.  Worse, the cursor is now moved whenever you enter mouse mode to wherever it was the last time you used mouse mode instead of leaving it where it was.  This is a huge issue for me.  Simple fix: add a button to disable mouse mode.  Better yet, give us the S1 version of the game for free with the S2 version, so I can "downgrade" and not have to worry about mouse mode at all.  I am NOT spending $20 for a second copy of this game just so I can make it playable for me again.
