Are We All Playing FreeCell by the Same Rules?

Guys!

I’ve noticed that different websites sometimes have slightly different FreeCell Solitaire rules — especially around moving multiple cards and auto-moves. Are the official FreeCell rules fixed, or do they differ depending on where you play?
