EA/Pogo, I have been going back & forth with numerous emails & people, for the past week, and no one has helped me at all. They ask me the same stupid questions over & over and as far as their replies go, they can't seem to put a sentence together that makes any sense, but still, I've gotten no help. BUT they had the nerve to send me a survey about their help, which I replied...NO HELP AT ALL!
My auto-renewal took place on Feb. 6, 2024, and I have still not received my 100 free gems or month. They screwed me last year, and now this year too.
How difficult can it be to give members what they are supposed to get? All they have to do is look at my account to see that no gems have been added, and it seems they have no intention of giving me them either. In the past they were added right away, the same day they charged my card! I guess I've been a member to long to matter.
I spend a lot of money on Pogo, but no more! If I don't get what is due me, I will cancel, no if ands or buts, I've finally had it with EA/Pogo! It's not worth the aggravation. I'll find somewhere else to put my entertainment dollars. EA/Pogo does not care about their paying members! There is NO real customer service with them either. You shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get any help, and then still not get any!
