Locked out of Pogo

I have been lock out of my pogo games don't know why

    Ok thank you for returning, we are glad to see you again 🙂 Sorry for your troubles, let's get this fixed for you!

    Follow these steps:

    Click here to go to EA Help, log in with your Pogo information > EA Help: Official support

    If you are able to get in, you can change your password and make any other account changes as needed.

    If you are not able to get in, that's ok too - click here > Resetting your Pogo account password

    After clicking on the page above, look towards the bottom of the page, you will see Contact Us, click on it:

    Upon the next page, click on Continue as a guest:

     

    You will then see a form to fill out and be able to describe your situation.

    Because forums is a public space we cannot talk about passwords, payment stuff and account changes openly because of bad guys. The steps above will put you in touch with someone privately to help you.

    Could you share a bit more about what you're seeing that signals you've been locked out of Pogo? Is there an error message on your screen?

    Hi Valannhope2rd​

    Apologies, you're thread update notification got lost in a sea of notifications. 

    To take a screenshot, follow these steps:

    PC

    • Click on the page you want to take an image of
    • Hold 'Ctrl' + 'Print Screen' at the same time
    • Open an image editor (like Paint) and press Ctrl + V to paste the screenshot.
    • Save the image in your desired format. 

     

    Mac

    • Press and hold Shift-Command-3.
    • The screenshot will be saved as a file on your desktop by default. 
    • By default, screenshots are saved to your desktop as PNG files.

     

    You can pop screenshots into your forum posts by clicking on the Camera icon on the post toolbar. It looks like this;

    Just to clarify, when you say you're 'locked out of Pogo games,' do you mean you're unable to access the entire site, specific games, or has your account possibly been suspended? Are you seeing any error messages? 

    To assist you better, could you please provide the following information? 

    • Pogo username 
    • What operating Device (i.e. Computer/Phone)
    • Browser being used
    • Any error messages you may be seeing.
    • Upload a screenshot of the issue

    Will not let me get in to change bank details it says you lock out
