I am not receiving gems for my auto renewal/payment for my Pogo EA 3 month subscriptions. This is for the months of January, February and March of 2024. I also had my card charged for the month of April for my next 3 month subscription and had a box come up "You have received 25 gems" CLAIM. I clicked on the CLAIM box and bam! It disappeared and NO gems in my account. I saw the forum that EA was having problems with crediting gems to accounts and this would be taken care of...when? I can find NO EA help and therefor would like to request a call from EA. Any assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Ditzy_45
Never mind the phone call as I don't believe that will happen. Have also noted at Topic heading it says: SOLVED: re: No Gems for auto subscriptions payments. NOT as I have not received any gems credited to my account. Have been a member since before POGO was ever POGO and have enjoyed it. I am very disappointed with EA Help in not replying nor addressing my concerns.
I notice a lot of POGO players have the same concerns/problems and as such feel we deserve a reply.
