[Asking for Information] Missing 100 gems for subscription renewal

I received an email to update my credit card to process my renewal. I did this, but then hit "join pogo."  I should have done this under renewal. I received 20 gems as a new member, but should have...

    Hey Everyone, 

    Would it be possible to get the following information?

     

    • Screenname:
    • What device do you play on?
    • Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it)
    • Did you recently renew your subscription?
    • What type of subscription time did you renew for?

I have been waiting since Sept 2024 for my renewal gems. I have contacted EA help several times and they state they will take care of the issue but still no gems.
