Matching Moments Feedback - Spend payoff not worth it

Unlike Solitaire Home Story game, the similar new Matching Moments Pogo game is virtually impossible to earn items to help you win your games. You have to spend 3900 coins for the most needed items, which is a ridiculous amount. No other game I've played since I joined in 2010 has required me to spend so much for so little help. Doesn't seem right to bring on a new game that seems to exist only for the money it can earn, rather than the fun and enjoyment of its players. I've played tons of level 121 games and cannot beat it with skill alone. This is extremely frustrating as I'm a senior citizen on limited funds. This game should have some ways to win the items that help you play better via rewards. Game makers please take note.

    Totally agree. I've had to buy power ups to progress in the game but i'm done spending extra money. Feels like I'm getting fleeced. I've been on Pogo for at least 25 years and it just keeps getting more difficult to win new games without spending loads of money.

    I am at level 620 and at my wits end.. I am not about to spend money to purchase power ups either.. No matter what I do, I simply cannot get past this level. I have played on pogo for a very, very long time and this wouldn't be the first time I've abandoned a game because it became utterly impossible after reaching a certain level.

    Hi, I'm on level 951 and haven't been able to proceed onto the next story.  I've seen the same message for 3 weeks now saying that I've reached the highest level and a new chapter will be added soon.  Not happening.  I too have spent a lot of money buying gems just to advance.  Very frustrating indeed.
