How do I join pogo? I don't have any credit cards or pay pay account.

You can become a free Pogo member just by signing up at Pogo.com! You can play most games available on Pogo for free, supported by ads.
However, if you want an ad-free experience and access to more games, you can sign up for Club Pogo. While you will need a credit card or PayPal for a recurring subscription, there are game cards available at many retailers that can give game time.
Another alternative is to see if a friend can send you a gift subscription, which can be done through EA's Origin.com.
