Stuck with the new Monopoly Sudoku Update!

I get enough money to build my hotel and then I get an error code. I close out, go back in, and I have less money and I don't have enough to get my hotel. This has happened twice in the last two days. Is anyone else having this problem?

With this glitch and then not getting as much in the chance cards as I was, I am so over it! I've paid for club Pogo for 23 years. I'm not sure I want to continue when it's time. Too many glitches now and I can't progress in my games.
