Been ripped off during a Pogo game?

I've been waiting for nearly 2 months for them to replace the 325 gems or the in game item I puchased but never received into my account for the game I was playin (Solitaire Home Story). They have done nothing but give me the runaround, unresponsive, useless "help", passing the buck, and their latest trick, trying to claim I spent the exact 325 gems on other "things" -- not a shred of truth to it. I am tired of their bad customer service and failure to take responsibility for the problem and have now filed against EA with the Better Business Bureau. I encourage all who are finding themselves with out-of-pocket costs, all who have been ripped off, to also file against them here https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaint

    What I just shared: 
    ...  I urge you that regardless of the amount of money taken, please report it as shown below. The more voices heard, the more pressure there should be on EA stopping the horrible "tech support" and ripping off their customers. Important part is bolded: 

    "We understand you are NOT satisfied with the business’s response, and have noted your dissatisfaction in our files.  While we regret we were unable to reach your desired resolution, the business has provided BBB with its position.  This matter is now closed in BBB files, and will appear in the company’s BBB Business Profile as: “Answered-The business responded to the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied.” If you would like to escalate your concern to a regulatory agency, please consider contacting the Federal Trade Commissioner at (877) 382-4357 or The Department of Consumer Affairs at (800) 952-5210. It could be helpful to know that these agencies don't typically handle individual complaints. "

    Go to the BBB site I linked and file a complaint, I truly wish some would take up a class action lawsuit for all the financial loss from paying customers. The amounts may be small in general but multiple that by what is probably hundreds or thousands of customers and it's a sizeable amount. 

  • Hi I Have been fighting them 2 years now i am missing over 300 GEMS every ticket i open a few days later it says resolved  OMG it has never ever been Resolved and why want they GIVE USE THERE REAL WEB SITE TO EMAIL ? Not getting most game rewards first THEY TAKE away all fun games always played i guess they could not guess out  out how to rig it to take are Gems, Items .game rewards
