Been ripped off during a Pogo game?
I've been waiting for nearly 2 months for them to replace the 325 gems or the in game item I puchased but never received into my account for the game I was playin (Solitaire Home Story). They have done nothing but give me the runaround, unresponsive, useless "help", passing the buck, and their latest trick, trying to claim I spent the exact 325 gems on other "things" -- not a shred of truth to it. I am tired of their bad customer service and failure to take responsibility for the problem and have now filed against EA with the Better Business Bureau. I encourage all who are finding themselves with out-of-pocket costs, all who have been ripped off, to also file against them here https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaint
