Bejeweled blitz keeps FREEZING up.

I have THREE issues. 1. My Bejeweled Blitz Keeps Freezing Up. 2. I keep getting a popup that I am OFF LINE when I know I am not. 3 Some of my Gems play very slowly like their stuck in quicksand. Some of the gems play normal speed.
