old pogo from 2001 and could not get e-mail changed

could not get old e-mail changed and mess all my games up, loss my membership , had to rejoin under a new membership, very upsetting for months. reason is my husband pass away and we both had that e-mail for over 20 years and  it was in his name and they would not me have assess to it . anyway very upsetting and had to vent!!
