Cannot Purchase Gems in Canada

I have been trying for months to purchase gems.  I am in Canada and only get error messages. 

I have tried all different cards, paypal, etc.  I cannot contact customer support as heaven forbid, they are easy to contact. 

I have tried putting cases in with support and never hear back or given support case numbers.  No phone number to call.  Can't find a support email address anywhere.  I have tried incongnito screens, different browsers, etc. 

I am at a loss and extremely frustrated.  I cannot understand why they make it so difficult to take our money?  You would think they would jump at the chance to take more money.  Suggestions would be appreciated.
