Cannot redeem crystals to level up in Merge Academy

POGO Merge Academy. Cannot progress the game. I have almost 800 crystals too. Pressing on redeem to collect results in nothing happening. It just takes back to the screen, the hand is pointing at the...

Yes, it is still happening. It is marked "Cannot be fixed". I don't play Merge Academy anymore. Honestly,  what would be the point.
