Cannot win Mahjong or Quinn's Aquarium
I have played these games at lease 100 times and cannot win either of them. What is wrong????

I have played this level several times and can't get past level 450 of Mahjong Sanctuary. I see that this has been an issue for others also. Is there a trick to it or is it a system error?
It's not an issue or an error, it's just that you've finished the first biome. Have you "spent" all of your stars building your sanctuary? If you have you can move on to the Artic by clicking on the map in the lower left side of your screen. If you haven't used up all the stars and completing the task list you need to do it before you can move on.
