Cannot win Mahjong or Quinn's Aquarium

I have played these games at lease 100 times and cannot win either of them. What is wrong????

@ElleMaezv Are you getting error messages when playing, or how are you finding the games ending?

No error messages just cannot win the game. Probably played 100 games and won 1. Hate this game.
