Ilium, as I mentioned in my post, I have had NUMEROUS contacts with support over the last 10 months and not a single support person has helped. Not one.
I get the same BS answer every time about you having tool problems that prevent you from being able to absolutely anything.
What EA Support provides: 1) BS, 2) the runaround, 3) an email asking if you still need help after they did nothing to help you in the first place, 4) emails asking how their service is
What EA Support does not provide: 1) answers, 2) action, 3) a refund of the money EA fraudulently accepted from you as payment for a service they knowingly couldn’t provide due to technical issues, 4) an active Club Pogo membership after you’ve paid for one
If you could direct me to a person or place that could actually help, please do. I have the transcripts and support tickets to show that the route you suggested does nothing.
