I'm sorry to hear that you're having a tough time. Do you get an error message when you try to log into Pogo?

Hi, I’m having an issue logging in to my old account and now they set me up with a new one. Is it possible to try and get my old account back.

@Blackalicat1sD Hey there! So if you still have access to the original email you used to set up the account you may be able to get back in with a simple password reset. If not then you may need to contact EA Help who can help directly with account issues. I'll pop a link below to the Contact Us page.
