Hello! It looks like your tabs are overlapping for some reason.
I double checked the game here on my side and it looked normal.
You may want to double check your system:
- Have you cleared your cache/cookies/history lately? Try this then restart your computer.
Update Your Graphics Driver: An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager > Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not)
Updates: Ensure you have the latest updates and patches for your system.Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance and cause pages not to load properly. Windows 10 users will need to research online "The End of Windows 10 in 2025" and how this may affect them now and in the future.
Close Background Programs: Other programs running in the background can use up resources needed by the game.
I answered your first posting so maybe the second one may get another response. This could be a problem on their side as well, if none of the above resolves the issue.

Yes that is the way it appears. I am running a brand new laptop with a 4070 Nvidia graphics and Windows 11 Pro. It is definitely not the computer. Even tried it at work on a different computer and comes up the same
And when you click on the game it comes up wanting me to buy it

Ok good, glad you checked everything was up to date! You should definitely not have to buy those episodes again.
Updates and patches never end, just make sure you keep checking every now and then, they don't always warn us.
I have a brand-new computer too and it has needed updating with several patches upon opening it, and even today - lol.

Yes for sure, always updates.
But this issue, I met someone else whose game episodes show the same as mine, and he said his has been that way for some time now. So it's definitely a Pogo issue, and needs to be addressed.
Please tell the other player to come here and report the issue as well.
Glitches will remain if no one is reporting them.
How to report a problem with a game or EA Account
Not sure if Customer Support can help, but you can try as you wait > I need help getting Pogo to work.

All I can do now is try the Chat thing once I am home.

I wanted to show it is not a computer issue, as you can see the First Case shows up Normal, and the Cases I haven't purchased show up fine as not purchased.
