Club Pogo membership

Why does my account still say Free Player after Club Pogo membership payment?

    HI @azaleablue2002 

    This typically means either you are signed into the wrong account, or there was an issue with the Club Pogo purchase. 

    If you are signed into the correct account, You will want to reach out to our support to take a further look at this with you, you can make a support ticket by using the following link:

     

    How to use EA Help

     

    Select Pogo > Select See all topics > Then I want to check my order status

     

    This should give you an option for Chat or Email support.
