Club Pogo subscription did not auto-renew

I've been a member of Club Pogo for about 20 years and have not had any problems with automatic renewal in the past.  Today, 3/2/25, was my yearly renewal date, and I got an email telling me that my subscription had expired.  The information for my saved credit card was still correct, and by resubscribing I lost my extra month and 100 gems!

    Hello! Sorry to hear about the payment issues, that can definitely be frustrating. If the transaction didn’t go through, you’ll need to try reprocessing it on your end.

    Generally, if a payment is declined or the payment method is outdated, no further attempts are made to complete the transaction automatically.

    For any further help with payment or account-related issues, please reach out to EA Help directly through their secure support channels. Unfortunately, these matters can’t be resolved here, as the forums are public and searchable online.
