Club pogo

I was charged 3 times in April 25 for 2 club pogo accounts .I have proof and they won't do anything .does any1 know how to email them ..thanks

    Why did you wait almost a year to do anything about it.? 
    Anyway I saw a pending charge and a fulfilled one. It appears to be the same transaction. This is a user help user forum we have no info on your account. If you have further questions about the charge you need to contact support.

    As far as the duplicate charges you've mentioned, please create a new case here to speak with support. We are unable to discuss your account details or make changes via the forums, so they'll be able to take another look at the situation with you that way. 

  • I'm having the exact same problem. Charged 3 times, with a 4th pending but my payment history says the payments have failed. If the payment had failed, they would not have been subtracted from my account every time. The links given in the replies supply no way to contact EA support. If someone can give me a way to actually get through to someone, I'd love to know what it is.
