Thanks for the info! It's super helpful. There's a few potential hiccups here, so let's see if we can get them resolved.
- It appears you're running Windows 7, which is an out of date Operating System and is no longer supported by Microsoft. That means that it's no longer getting security fixes, or new technology updates. If your PC or laptop supports it, I would update to Windows 10 for support for the most up to date web technologies and security information. For information on what Pogo supports, check the minimum system requirements here.
- It also appears to have Do Not Track turned on. This setting can keep information from moving between your browser and the Pogo servers. Can you try editing this option to OFF to see if it helps with game performance?

I played 2 puzzles. The lag is still there and so far there isn't any overlapping frame pieces like there was. As long as I can get through these puzzles on easy mode, in less than 20 minutes to get this badge I'll be a happy camper with that.

Another thing you can check for the lag portion is to see if your drivers are up to date for your computer. You can find out more information in our recent service update here:
