Convert sand dollars to gems in Quinn's Aquarium

As mentioned in the quote you posted, they cannot be converted back. Once you purchase in-game currency with Gems, they are now in the game and cannot be swapped back.

You mentioned that it's not updating the Sand Dollar count anymore. Are you playing random games in Quinn's Aquarium, or are you continuing the levels in order?

The sand dollars are ones that I won, none were purchased, I have 2006 & it stopped giving dollars after that.  No, not playing random, I'm halfway in the 1st 60 of the 2nd category on the screen.

It does look like you may have hit the limit, which does tend to be just above 2000 Sand Dollars. Do you have any upgrades for your aquarium that you're able to spend some on to drop you below max again?

I play the game because I like the game, not to fix something.  I'm 76, all I want is a game for the entertainment.  I saw this statement in the Store "Purchased in-game currency cannot be converted back into Pogo Gems."  Well the 2006 points I have were not purchased, they were won; my only question was, can I convert my points into gems?  That statement makes the assumption that you can.  LMK  Thanks T. Pogo Gems cannot be purchased with in-game currency. They can only be purchased with real money currency or earned, such as through the Pogi Constellations.
