Dont know what is going on

I went to my Pogo account this am and saw that I had been logged out.  When I logged in, years of my playing seems to have been deleted and all of my chips except for around 30.  There doesn't seem to be a way to contact them and ask what the heck is going on so I am asking you if you know what might have happened.  I just rejoined for another year so I  know I am paid up.  Please help as I know that if I cancel now I still can't get my annual payment back and also, I don't want to quit.  But at the same time, I don't want to be cheated by them.  If there was just some way to talk to someone, perhaps this could be cleared up.  thanks for your help in advance
