    Hey @suemcin As a player myself, I can see how this can be upsetting. Unfortunately, we are not able to help with account related issues here on AHQ. If this hasn't been resolved, my advice would be to contact our EA Help Support once again, so we can properly assist you with this.

no.  i opened another account and I play with that one.  Their support staff is useless.
