Fed Up with Lack of Support
I'm cancelling my POGO account. The decision has been made, but before I do, I just wanted to let POGO (EA) know that the reason I am going is the same as many others....complete lack of support. This is not a free site for most of us. We pay membership fees and as such, should get SOME support instead of being completely ignored. I have complained numerous times about a particular game (Sweet Tooth Town) and not only has it not been fixed, I have yet to at least be credited back all the gems lost because of the glitch in this game. I have complained on here, I have reached out to have a phone call back, I have submitted screen shots and videos of the issue....all to zero avail. Fine. Can't force a website to care. I can only take my support and money and go elsewhere.
