Games crashing during play

I have been with Pogo over 20 years now and the play is getting worse by the week. I keep getting booted from games crashing and get a loss for the game. This happens way too often. I am assuming EA is not taking pride in POGO. The games are now set to boot you off if you take too long to play. I am a 24/7 caregiver with no relief. I have to play robots in any game because I have to get out of my chair often during most games. Early next year I will be on Pogo for 22 years and it may be my last. I know I am just a $$. But it kind of makes most games pointless when you do not get to finish them.  When I am allowed to finish I win the game more than 90% of the time. I like Risk and Scrabble. They do not come back to the game at all. Canasta and Jungle Gin etc... will unless idle too long. Risk and Scrabble boot me way too soon and do not let me return. Not much fun paying someone to frustrate me and take any fun out of the games.  I sent this to EA before and no response. I might as well be playing the free version. I have played many games almost to the end, and then no more game.

    If we are seeing crashing with different games each day, can we try the following to see if this changes for you?

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to sign in manually
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?
    • Screenshot of how your game appears...
