Getting all my stuff back

I have been a pogo member since they started years ago. I paid my member fee for my membership and when I went on to play pogo, all of my stuff that I had won and received over the years was all gone!!!! It has me as a new member and all of the games that I have played over the years have me starting over as a new member!! I need to know how to get all of my stuff that I have accommplished over the years back!!

    Hello! Sorry to hear everything has suddenly disappeared out of the blue, that would be a bit of a surprise for anyone!

    If all your badges, gems, ranks, progress, and membership suddenly disappear, it usually means you logged in with a different email address than the one connected to your original Pogo account.

    Seeing a start from the beginning with zero progress is the biggest sign that a completely brand-new account was created.

    Because this is a public forum community, they are unable to assist us with account‑specific issues here. For your privacy and security, you’ll need to contact EA Help directly through their private support channels. They will ask a series of verification questions to ensure you are the account holder so please have all of your account information on hand.
