Hello, I apologize for the delayed response and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Sending a guest pass is a generous offer. It’s always great to see people sharing the experience and making the most of our Club Pogo membership benefits!

We have three ways to send our guest passes:

• Copy and paste the provided link, and you can send it electronically in any manner you prefer!
• Click the Share to Facebook button, and this will take you directly to the Facebook website for sharing.
•  "Or tell us where to send the Guest Pass" option - Fill out the required information. *In this option it is important to note to click on the "plus" sign next to your friend's name or email address; otherwise, the form will not be submitted (this is often overlooked).

📜 Guest Pass Rules & Restrictions

One Pass per Account: If your friend has previously utilized one or held a Club Pogo membership, they are not eligible.

Correct Info Required: If the email address or Pogo screen name you provided is incorrect or does not correspond to an active account, the pass will not go through. *Additionally, ensure they check their spam folder when sending via email.

Pass Expiration: Once sent, the Guest Pass should be utilized without delay. If it’s already been redeemed or expired, it will not be valid.

Account History Matters: If your friend has previously utilized a Guest Pass or held a Club Pogo membership—even if it was years ago—their account is no longer eligible for an additional pass.

Special Note: On occasion when you see an error on a webpage, it is always a good idea to log out of the site, clear your cookies and cache and try again. This simple reset can solve a surprising number of problems — from login loops to broken buttons and layout glitches.

⚠️ What Can Go Wrong

• Outdated cache might load an old version of a site, causing display errors or missing updates.
• Corrupted cookies can mess with login sessions, personalization, or even block access.
• Conflicting data from multiple sessions or updates can cause glitches or unexpected behavior.
