Harassment and Bullying on Pogo

I am sorry to hear that someone is sending you messages, harassing or bullying you in anyway, this is never fun to deal with. There are 4 ways we have to report players like this on Pogo.
1. Reporting through Pogo email: You will find an icon within the email to report and block a user, click on either one to begin the process.
Additionally, we have a new warning now in our email system due to spam and phishing emails. The messages are designed to frighten, pressure, or confuse you into responding and sharing personal information. EA nor Pogo will never send threatening emails.

2. Reporting through Pogo Chat: In the chat, you will see three dots next to the users comment. After clicking the three dots, an option of Report Message will appear as seen below. If you encounter any violations or instances of harassment and bullying use this option to report them immediately. (comments and username blocked for privacy)
3. Reporting through Profiles: By viewing a player's profile page you will find the three dots again with an option to Block User or Report. Click on either one to begin the process for this option.
4. Report directly through EA Help: Log into EA Help with your Pogo credentials and follow the process of Report cheating, harassment, and illegal content

You have every right to protect your privacy. It is good thing to pick and choose who gets your personal information. When this occurs think of something you feel comfortable saying like:
- “I’m not comfortable giving out my number, but thanks for understanding.”
- “I keep my phone private.”
- “I don’t really give my number out, sorry.”
- “I try to keep my personal info offline.”
- “I don’t give out my number, but I’m cool chatting this way.”
- “It’s nothing personal — I just don’t hand out my number.”
You'll find something that fits your style and personality, it is your right not to share any personal information.
