Have you had Pogo take your money without delivering your purchase?

March 29th in the game Solitaire Home Story I had the game take 325 gems (over $20 USD) and not provide the 1 purchased item. Since then I have been arguing with them because they have been dragging this out, passing the buck, claiming someone else needs to be notified or is working on it with no contact information that will be provided.. just to have them come back nearly 2 months later to claim "you spent the gems on other things" -- which is false, not true at all. I asked them to prove what these supposed "other things" were and mnd you, they should total exactly 325 gems, and they will not even answer to that.  After contacting BBB to lodge a complaint, the only communication EA will provide is "this was resolved" -- so they are willing to lose customers instead of correcting the problem and providing these digital purchases that those customers have been spending really  money on. Therefore I urge you that regardless of the amount of money taken, please report it as shown below. The more voices heard, the more pressure there should be on EA stopping the horrible "tech support" and ripping off their customers. Important part is bolded:
