Hi my daughter bought a gift card for me to use to buy gems the money is in my wallet but when I go to buy gems its not there does anyone know how to get money from my wallet to gem purchase thank you
Hello! When redeeming a gift card on Pogo, after entering the code an option will appear for selecting either:
275 Pogo Gems (plus 25 bonus Gems)
3 months of Club Pogo

Click on your avatar, then select Pogo Code Redemption and this page will appear.
