How can I get the yellow blocks on Garden Blast?

How can I get the yellow blocks on Garden Blast?  They are not on any color scheme, including the regular scheme.

    Certain levels will have yellow blocks. You can find them as you progress through the levels. 🙂

Why  can't I find them I see no yellow blocks with sun in them
