I do not like the new Pogo
How do I get back to my old pogo
There are 2 ways of going back to classic homepage if you do not like the new layout from Early Access...
Click the Spike Avatar from top right and click Back to Pogo Classic below...
click the ribbon on top of your browser if you are playing flash games and it will switch you back to classic...
You can go back from Classic to Early Access anytime you want...
@politician891An avatar is a character image we can use as being us. In Classic Pogo it was called a Mini. At the New Pogo its called an Avatar. At the New Pogo pages you can select an avatar from some of the Pogo cartoon characters (like I have done below) or you can chose the image of your mini from Classic pogo. I will show you my avatar at the New Pogo pages in a screen shot below. If you have more questions, feel free to ask.
Yes I am thing about not renewing also finding the chat not compatible
and that was my main reason for playing pogo was to talk with friends and so many of my games discontinued
it doesn't stay in classic, it goes to the new Pogo which sucks. I like to play in classic...
@n1cxcmgk6snzI am assuming you are saying you cannot log into Pogo. If that is true, follow the instructions below to contact an EA adviser about this problem.
1. Go to https://help.ea.com
2. Click on "Contact Us" at top of page
3. Select Pogo (It might default to Pogo)
4. Select Platform (PC, Mac, etc)
5. Select Topic (Manage my account)
6. Select Issue (Can't log in)
7. Click on blue Select Contact option
8. On the next page called Case Information, decide if you want a phone call back or online chat.
9. If you want a phone call back, complete the requested information under the heading called "Get a call", then click on the Request Call button.
10. If you want online chat, click on where it says "Chat", enter a brief description of your issue in the "Subject" box, and then click on the "Request live chat" button.
11. If the estimated wait time is not reasonable to you, try again later.

Click on your avatar, go to your profile and click on the gear next to your name.
