How to cancel Pogo subscription

No I didn't I want to cancel my subscription after the 28 of this month [CM edit - Updated title for clarity.]

    Hey there, @tinker11223.

    As the thread you replied to was about how to renew your subscription, I broke off your post into a new thread to be worked out.

    I'm sorry to hear that you want to cancel. That said, however, we make it easy for you to manage your subscription via the My Account section of the Pogo website.

    On the new Pogo experience:

    1. Click the avatar in the upper right corner
    2. Select My Account and sign in
    3. On the left, click on Billing & Subscription
    4. Next to your billing date, select Cancel Subscription

Follow with your Answer Still Not able to Cancel the Pogo Subscription. is there any Update process that I need to Follow? Let me know,

    @ff3h54xpwb2r I do not know how to post on here it will not let me so sorry but if I reply on your message but does anyone know how to get a serial number after they purchased the sims 3 barnacle bay game because I can't get a email address after I purchased the game with the seriel number attached to it so if anybody knows how pls help thx.
