How to move to the next level in Mahjong Sanctuary?
I have won this game on 4 occasions and yet it will not move to the next level. I am stuck at 450 no matter how many times I win, why?

It sounds like you finished the first biome. Congratulations! You're in luck because there's another to play from there.
In the lower left corner of the biome screen, there will be a button with a map on it. It's to the left of the Daily Board button. If you click that, you can move from the Savanna Biome to the Arctic Biome with more levels and animals to collect. 🙂

It will not let me I just tried it this morning and it said I had to finish the last one and I have done that at least 5 times so the problem is on your end. I want you to get it fixed because I do like this game and I try to play it daily.

Is that the last one Savanna Biome because I have completed 450 and actually won it at least 5 times and it will not let me go to the next one

Yes, that is correct. Level 450 is the last one for the Savanna Biome. When you click on the checklist in the bottom center of the screen, does it have anything you still need to buy for the Biome?

I purchased everything for the elephant and it still shows 450 and when I go to move to the next level it says I have to complete everything in the last level. What the hell gives I am so sick of dealing with this why can't you figure it out. It was not a check list it was a task list

Hey there, @nevadabev.
Once everything is purchased from the To Do list in the current biome, you can use the map button in the lower left corner of the game to change to the Arctic Biome where levels 451+ are. 🙂

Ok in the left hand corner I have the pause button
2nd button is the map button and when I click on that it says I must complete everything in Savanna Bione which is the Elephant and when I click on the Task button on the elephant it says the Elephant Region is now complete so what gives?????

I finally figured it out and if you would of told me that I had to use everything in the Task List this would of saved a lot of time and energy. I did not know that I had to use all the stars and I started using them and figured it out. I guess this is what I get for my money every year figure it out yourself because we don't have the time to do it for you.
