I am having issues trying to complete levels for jet set solitaire. I can earn two stars without issues, when trying for three stars I can play over and over and never increase to 3 stars. Please advise what I must do? I have been able to get to some new levels with only two stars for a few levels. This is very frustrating and stressful to say the least. I need to get past these levels to earn the Pogis challenge!!!

I do not have enough STARS to progress to the next level. I replay a level and it will not give me the 3 STARS that I need to progress. I have replayed various 2 STAR levels with not being able to get a third STAR. This is very frustrating. I come back a day later and it still will not give me enough STARS to advance. This being said, I cannot play this game the way it is designed.
In Jet Set Solitaire, It will not let me "level up" because I do not have enough STARS.

I understand how frustrating it can be. The other day, I was about 3 stars away from being unable to unlock the airport for the city I was on. To get through it, I replayed some of the levels I had 2 stars on. This did require replaying a few times and a bit of patience before I got the third stars for each, but in the end, I was able to unlock the airport, as well as go onto the next city and complete the Tour I was on.
One recommendation I have is to try for extended combos. The longer the combo, the greater the score increase you'll have. Sometimes the cards aren't laid out to be helpful there, but other times, the combos flow naturally.

The suggestion you gave does not help. I've played the same things for a solid month, over and over. I'm tired of trying to get stars to go to the next level.
No I've been playing it for months trying to level up. I need 1 more star to have 16 stars so I can level up. It seems impossible. There has got to be something wrong. 3cgrandsons
Will we be getting a new set of cards for jet set solitaire and if so when?

Thanks for your interest in more levels / sets of Jet Set Solitaire! While I don't have more information on that, we do often update our games to include new features, which are announced through the Pogo Insider Blog.
In the meantime, there is an Autumn Cove event running in Jet Set Solitaire from September 22nd through October 21st, announced in Blog #139. 🙂
