I do not get credit on all the games I win when playing with other people. Why?

I do not get credit on alot of the games I win in Canasta when playing other people. Why?

@yankswf Can you try clearing your cookies/cache or switch to your browser's incognito mode to see if this continues and how often you might notice it?
