Gem Error

Hi, I bought 120 gems for $9.99 instead I was charged for gems $79.99. I didn't buy gems for $79.99 I didn't notice the error until my daughter questioned me about it and why I bought so many gems, which I didn't buy. Can this be fixed? Thank you
