Hello! I tried accessing the game before replying to you and was able to connect to the game with no issues.
However, there were reports on loading issues in October reported by Pogo Sconnie in the Pogo forums for some players experiencing issues.

pogo games are not loading in my ipad or surface pro. attempted to start a case several times and no cases are showing. any suggestions?
This past week my iPad would not load on my safari or chrome. Now they are not loading at all on either. I attempted several times to start a case but no success. This is crazy!!!
I have attached a file of the error reading I am continually getting. All other games work as well as Pogo games work. This one loads, begins to give rewards, crashes. Over and over again. I believe it’s been two weeks now
I have been having loading issues since July, it was fixed for a couple weeks in October and now it won't load until the daily calendar comes up once a day. I can play one game then it freezes after I win. I can't do chores, spin wheel etc. I signed out and played for free with no issues. It seems the Season Passes and updates screw it all up. I can't finish challenges.
